Partners Program

Operate With Confidence. Deliver With Integrity. Scale With Structure.

Quality Care Network Partners is a curated, governance-led network of high-quality NDIS practitioners operating under a structured registered provider framework.

We provide regulatory oversight, compliance infrastructure, and senior-level escalation support — so you can focus on delivering excellent participant outcomes without navigating complex risk alone.

This is not a referral agency. This is a governed ecosystem.

What Makes Us Different

What Makes Quality Care Network Partners Different?

Quality Care Network provides a strong registered provider infrastructure supported by structured governance oversight and mandatory compliance onboarding. Our framework includes incident escalation support, conflict-of-interest management processes aligned with NDIA expectations, and quarterly governance reviews to help maintain consistent standards and accountability.

Partners also benefit from the credibility and visibility of being connected with an established provider, along with access to a professional network environment that supports collaboration, confidence, and ongoing growth.

A Deeper, Evidence-Based Approach

Meet Our Partner

Girija's commitment to personalized care is rooted in rigorous education, including a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science (Major in Food Innovation), a nearly six-year academic investment following a successful 15-year career as a mechanical engineer.

How Girija’s Background Shapes Her Approach

Move Beyond the Numbers

Recognizing that a "healthy" food for one person may be biologically unsuitable for another, Girija tailor recommendations to your unique gut microbiome and tolerance, as the body often needs to be "trained" to process new foods.

Respect Identity and Culture

Girija believes food is inseparable from culture and identity. Instead of suggesting generic substitutions, she focus on integrating new, healthy ingredients into familiar, traditional dishes to ensure changes are effective, sustainable, and respectful of your heritage.

How It Works

Your Partners Program Journey

We combine lived experience with evidence-based practice to simplify your recovery journey. Our team knows and understands what it is like to live with disability, and we use theory and proven methods to improve quality of life outcomes. We’ll help you navigate service systems and reach your goals with the resources you have, by making a tailored plan and designing linkages whether in NDIS, Mainstream or Community.

1

Application & Alignment

We assess qualifications, experience, scope of services, values alignment, risk profile, and capacity to meet governance standards. Partner positions are limited and curated.

2

Governance Onboarding (Mandatory)

Before billing under QCN registration, partners complete structured onboarding covering Code of Conduct expectations, incident reporting procedures, documentation standards, conflict-of-interest management, and escalation pathways.

3

Operating Under Registration

Partners deliver services autonomously while operating within QCN’s structured governance environment. Governance liaison support is available for incident escalation, safeguarding concerns, and regulatory clarification.

4

Quarterly Governance Review

Each partner participates in structured quarterly reviews covering caseload risk, incident trends, compliance considerations, documentation standards, and professional development.

Our Philosophy

Built on Responsibility, Transparency & Trust

Our partnership model is grounded in the belief that strong governance and ethical practice create better outcomes for everyone. We see operating under a registered provider as more than an administrative arrangement — it is a shared responsibility to protect participants, support practitioners, and uphold the standards expected across the sector.

Operating under a registered provider is not just an administrative convenience — it is a responsibility. We take that responsibility seriously.
