As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work alongside participants in their homes and communities, providing practical assistance while building confidence, independence and social connection. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, participant-led supports that align with each person’s goals and preferences.
We’re looking for people who:
- Are passionate about supporting people with disability
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Value participant choice, dignity and independence
- Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy and accountability
Desirable qualifications and experience
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related field (or currently studying)
- Experience supporting people with disability or mental health challenges
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (where applicable)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
